Bearly in Control made by Philotech

During this year's GMTK Game Jam 2020, four colleagues from Cottbus and two of their friends created the game "Bearly in Control" within 48 hours.

The kick-off was last Friday at 9 pm with the topic "Out, Of, Control". Two hours later, after much brainstorming and discarded concepts, the idea was fixed, so that on Saturday morning the actual work started.

For the 2 days Godot was used as game engine and all assets like artwork, sound and music were also created within the 48 hours.

In the end, it was not necessarily about making a perfect game, but about the experiences one could gain.

All participants learned a lot about time limits, stress, compromises, working in a team and about themselves.
